Welcome to the Plant2Food platform

Plant2Food's vision is to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable, plant-based food system, which is healthy for both the planet and its population, by building a leading hub for plant-based food research and innovation.

Therefore, the Plant2Food project aims to help accelerate the transition to a more plant-based human diet. We want to do this with openness:

  • We fund pre-competitive open reserach collaborations between the food industry and academia

  • All knowledge and results are shared openly for everyone to use and reuse

  • We host events and matchmaking sessions to spur new intersectoral and interdisciplinary collaborations

The 5-year Plant2Food project funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation from 2023-2027. You can read more about the project and our activities on this website. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us.
