• November 18, 2020 - The DISCO program is initiated
• January 15, 2021 - First meeting with students
• February 5, 2021 - Students begin work on ideas for payload
• May 31, 2021 - 3 designs of a mission reported
• June 7, 2021 - The mission to study climate change is selected
• Fall 2021 - Fundraising to fund the more ambitious mission
• Winter 2021/2022 - Winter 2022/2023: Fundraising and precurement negotiations of satellite
• Winter/Spring 2023 - Satellite ordered
• Autumn 2023 - The satellite is assembled and tested
• Autumn / winter 2023/2024 - Tests and software development for data collection and processing
• Spring/Summer 2024 - Delivered to Momentus
• Autumn/Winter 2024 - Launch with SpaceX and Momentus
