PITCH: "Environmental impacts on leguminous crop quality"
Researcher in Biobased Economy at Wageningen University & Research, Andries Temme joins the pitch session Wednesday 10 May 11-11:30.
"I would like to study the effects of the macro/micro environment on leguminous crop protein quality. By combining plant ecophysiology and genetics we could then develop tools for producers that predict crop quality in a “novel” environment, and genetic roadmaps for breeders to create varieties that maintain quality with increased quantity in that environment. I'm looking forward to collaborate on this topic!"
