Plant2Food presents the first keynote speaker at the kick-off event 30th of March 2023: Rune-Christoffer Dragsdahl, Secretary-General at the Vegetarian Society of Denmark. Rune-Christoffer Dragsdahl will discuss the widespread importance of innovating new plant-based food products to accomodate the challenges we face in society today.
It’s no surprise that the Vegetarian Society of Denmark are all in for a plant-based future for foods. So is the Plant2Food network!
We connect the food sector with researchers from academia to help solve some of the challenges that the transition to plant-based foods poses.
To kick-start the network, we are hosting a large event on 30 March. Rune-Christoffer Dragsdahl from the Vegetarian Society of Denmark is one of our keynote speakers. He’ll set the stage for a day full of insights in the challenges and possible solutions on how to move forward in the green transition of foods.
