"Brewer’s spent grain (BSG) is composed of a wet fraction (WF) and a dry fraction (DF). The BSG is mechanically separated to ensure optimal levels of nutrients and aroma compounds in the WF. This makes the WF a perfect candidate for the new generation of plant-based drinks: can you help us to understand this product even better?"
