Latest public release of FinnGen data

FinnGen, which is coordinated by researchers at Nordic EMBL node FIMM, is excited to announce that the FinnGen data freeze 5 results and summary statistics are now publicly available.

According to the FinnGen consortium agreement, FinnGen results are subjected to one year embargo and, after that, can be made available to the larger scientific community. This current data freeze (DF5) consists of >218,000 individuals, almost 17 M variants and >2,800 disease endpoints.

The results can be browsed online using the FinnGen web browser. Related summary statistics can be also downloaded free of charge. Please follow the instructions given on this page.
