A node of excellence for fluorescence super-resolution and live cell imaging. We provide know-how, training for and access to equipment for various advanced imaging techniques.
State-of-the-art light microscopy for professional bioimaging. We provide equipment for a range of applications, personal training and assistance.
High throughput whole-slide scanning services. We offer quick, high-quality and cost-efficient wide-field microscope imaging for bright field and fluorescence.
State-of-the-art cryo-electron microscopy. We provide access to equipment and specialist assistance in a plethora of areas including single particle analysis and tomography.
High-content, high-throughput imaging and image analysis. We provide automated high-content screening microscopes, a spinning-disk confocal with live imaging option and a widefield, and guidance for image analysis and data management.
A national research infrastructure for electron microscopy. We provide training, instruments and methods for transmission and scanning electron microscopy, cryo-EM and correlative light and electron microscopy.
Metabolomics, lipidomics and fluxomics. We provides high-throughput mass spectrometry-based, targeted, quantitative and global metabolomics, lipidomics, and fluxomics services to basic, biomedical, preclinical and clinical researchers.
Nationwide network for NMR and metabolomics. We provides access to state-of-the-art NMR equipment and expertise for metabolomics on fluids and intact tissues and studies of soluble and membrane proteins, amyloid fibrils and more.
State-of-the-art zebrafish housing, breeding and experimentation. We offer expertise, access to the facility and instrumentation for microinjection, behavioral tracking and chemical screening, larvae manipulation and imaging.
A workshop for neuro-scientific research using electrophysiology, optogenetics, and behavioral approaches. We house state-of-the-art equipment for simultaneous imaging and multiple whole-cell recordings, in vitro and in rodents.

Automated, cost-effective biological sample storage. We provide low-cost, secure and controlled storage of samples in liquid nitrogen vapor phase, as well as storage for serum, plasma and DNA samples in -20°C or -80°C.
