NEW PACKAGING MATERIALS

We need to reduce the environmental impact of food packaging. New materials are designed from renewable feedstocks such as corn, sugarcane, cellulose or food waste. This session will focus on the materials, their design, their technological properties, including end of life,  and their measured environmental impact.
