ADVANCED MASS SPECTROMETRY FOR
FOOD PACKAGING SAFETY
Zaragoza Spain - Date: 7.-10. May 2024
Learning outcomes: Participants will be exposed to an harmonized workflow for testing migration components, and will have a chance to review and evaluate all steps for analysis. They will be able to prepare samples, analyze using HR hyphenated MS techniques.
Course pre-requisites: Participants need to be technical staff, post doctoral fellows or researchers with hands on experience with MS equipment. Participants must have current access to Hyphenated HR MS as they will be asked to run samples in their home laboratory.
