Each of the research pillars is led by dedicated scientists from various participating institutions who work closely together to ensure optimal collaboration and synergies. Each research pillar is guided by a Leadership Committee (LC), which is composed of individual co-Principal Investigators (co-PIs) serving as chairs of their respective LC and core researchers in each pillar. The role of the LC is to provide direction for their specific research pillar and align its work to match the interactions and progress of the other three pillars, ensuring optimal coordination and synergy across all pillars.
To ensure the best possible outcomes, the workforce is evenly distributed across the pillars and methodologies are shared across all experimental settings. PIG-PARADIGM also encourages staff exchange and cross-institutional activities.
