The aim of the meeting was to strengthen the connection between the MIMS, the Swedish node within the Nordic EMBL Partnership, and VU LSC, EMBL node since 2020, and identify initial matching points for future collaborations.

During the meeting, the directors provided information about the history of their nodes and their missions in research, followed by group leaders presenting their research. Each short talk gave life to lively discussion and potential collaboration ideas were born. The meeting is hopefully can be followed up with in person visits and exchanges in 2022/23.
