Join the DANEMO Symposium “DYNAMICS AND MODELLING OF BIOLOGICAL SYSTEMS” on Jan. 25th-26th, 2024, taking place in the Lundbeck Foundation Auditorium at the Biocenter at the University of Copenhagen.
This year’s symposium will have particular focus on systems biology, modeling and analysis of large datasets dynamic systems including the practical collection of data for such analysis. The goal of the DANEMO Symposium is to increase the awareness of EMBL and EMBO in Denmark, with the main focus being to highlight the new EMBL Programme “Molecules to Ecosystems” for 2022-2026 and introduce it to the broader research community in Denmark.
With the symposium we wish to raise the awareness of existing – and new – resources, infrastructure and opportunities within systems biology offered to life scientists in Denmark by both EMBL and EMBO. This will hopefully encourage new and strengthen existing collaborations between Danish researchers and EMBL research groups. Inspirational talks by young researchers highlighting their career paths at EMBL and EMBO will also be included.
We are pleased to announce that the DANEMO symposium will be held in conjunction with a Nordic EMBL partnership workshop on the application of AI and big data approaches in molecular medicine. The Workshop is as of December 19, 2023 - fully booked. There are still available tickets for the Symposium.
The DANEMO Symposium is open to all life scientists and students affiliated Danish research institutions in academia and industry.
The Nordic EMBL Partnership workshop will take place lunch-to-lunch from 24-25 January. This event will show you the latest ways AI and big data are being used in molecular medicine.
