"During my stay in Poland with my two hosts institutions, I expect to explore and learn more about the germination process of brown rice and how it can improve the bioavailability of nutrients and molecules that are beneficial to human health. In addition, I will evaluate the synergy between GBR and probiotics belonging to the Lactobacillus spp and Bifidobacterium spp genera in order to formulate a symbiotic which will subsequently be tested in ex vivo conditions," Georgiana Bosco.
