🌟 PIG-PARADIGM Early Career Researchers (ECRs) took the lead in organizing the February monthly seminar. This session, themed "Interaction and Collaboration," highlighted three exchange visits among our partner institutions.

 

🔍 Barış had the opportunity to visit Merete Fredholm's group at the University of Copenhagen, where he gained insights into sample processing for the cohort study. He emphasized the value of this visit in fostering personal relationships and sparking collaborative efforts.

💡 Elisabeth, currently visiting UCD, is collaborating with PhD student Amara in Carolyn Slupsky's group. This partnership began at the 2023 PIG-PARADIGM Annual Meeting when Elisabeth met Carolyn and the others in the group. Under the theme "the importance of networking and defining your expertise," Elisabeth and Amara shared personal reflections on driving networking opportunities into tangible collaborations.
