We will integrate the work, analysis and results to develop an appropriate aquatic risk analysis method and model for cationic polymers - and compare these to traditional ERA approaches for non-polymer industrial chemicals. The models and methods will be considered and targeted in a REACH and CLP context. We will contrast the measured and modelled aquatic toxicity results from the literature review) and the empirical measurements. Based on this we will test the bulk approach assumptions as well as review the EUSES model domain for cationic polymers.
