Join us for the inaugural Junior AUSBI Kick-Off Afternoon on 23 September 2026, bringing together early-career researchers for an afternoon of scientific inspiration, career development, and networking.

Under the theme “Shooting for the Stars”, the event will feature career talks, a panel discussion with audience Q&A, and junior researcher science talks highlighting both successes and “fabulous failures”.
The afternoon will conclude with an informal poster session, pizza, and networking, providing an opportunity to connect with colleagues on a more level playing field than usual.
Whether you are a student, PhD student, postdoc, or a research assistant, this event is a great opportunity to learn, share experiences, and become part of the Junior AUSBI community.
