🐽 The Center for Research in Pig Production and Health (CPH Pig) at  University of Copenhagen hosts an annual seminar focused on pig-related research. At the 2024 CPHPig Seminar, PIG-PARADIGM delivered two impactful presentations, providing valuable insights into our ongoing research.

💡 In the first presentation, Lasse Sommer Mikkelsen, our Scientific Project Manager, offered a comprehensive overview of PIG-PARADIGM. He introduced our participating partners, outlined the project's structure and research areas, emphasizing the international, cross-institutional, and interdisciplinary nature of our initiative.

💡 Following this, Co-PI and Chair of the Host Pillar, Merete Fredholm, took the stage for the second presentation. She delved into the research background and current activities within the Host Pillar, shedding light on the ongoing cohort study involving over 2,500 pigs on a Danish farm. Merete also shared initial insights gained from the first few batches, providing a glimpse into the pillar's initiatives.

🤝 The seminar attracted a diverse audience of over 100 researchers and industrial stakeholders, creating a valuable platform for PIG-PARADIGM to connect with peers in swine research and industry. As we continue our research journey, we look forward to further collaborations and knowledge-sharing within our expanding network.
