Last week, Cecilie Brandt Becker, a PhD student from the University of Copenhagen, had the opportunity to present research from her PIG-PARADIGM project at the European Cutting Edge Pathology Congress in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, just outside Madrid, Spain.

In the midst of beautiful weather and amazing historical buildings, Cecilie had the opportunity to share her experiences on how to train and apply computer models to aid in the investigation of intestinal pathology in piglets with fellow pathologists from around the world.

In a rapidly changing field of research, Cecilie is excited to be at the forefront to help push science forward and emphasize the magnitude, importance, and diversity of the efforts made in PIG-PARADIGM.
