In-person Steering Committee Meeting 31-08-2023
Our Steering Committee recently gathered in Amsterdam for a highly productive in-person meeting. This full-day session was dedicated to a comprehensive review of the current progress of PIG-PARADIGM and the formulation of strategic directions for future project development.
The discussions during this meeting focused on various aspects, including updates on scientific activities, enhancements to project management at both the overarching and local levels, and the development of effective stakeholder engagement strategies.
As PIG-PARADIGM spans across five institutions in Europe and the U.S., maintaining consistent communication is critical to ensure seamless information flow and alignment within our dynamic project. In addition to regular online meetings, the Steering Committee made a concerted effort to host face-to-face meetings to foster even stronger collaboration and unity within our diverse team.
