At PIG-PARADIGM, we are proud to congratulate Stine on defending her PhD thesis, “Advancing gut microbiome analysis in inflammatory bowel disease using long-read sequencing.”
Through innovative application of Oxford Nanopore sequencing, bioinformatics, metagenomics, and metabolomics, Stine’s research contributes important methodological advances and new biological insights into host–microbiome interactions in inflammatory bowel disease.
