"The network shows the collaborations established in the Nordic EMBL Partnership. To construct the network, we extracted the information of researchers from the websites of NCMM, DANDRITE, MIMS and FIMM, and then we built connections between researchers based on whether they belong to the same research group and the number of their joint publication fetched from PubMed database. The layout of the network was created using force simulation implemented in D3.js with slight modification to keep researchers from the same institution close to each other."
