SusOrganic at the Nordic Baltic Drying Conference in Hamburg
In June 2017, the 2nd Nordic Baltic Drying Conference welcomes stakeholders from industry and research in Hamburg, Germany. SusOrganic partners will present challenges and solutions in drying and cooling of organic products.
In the framework of the Novelty Day, related to the topic of sustainable drying and processing of organic foods on 7th June, partners of the SusOrganic project present and discuss in a one day session results and insights gained since the project start two years ago.
The session will describe the results of the market, consumer and technology analyses in five European countries, points out challenges and related solutions in drying and cooling of organic products and further gives insights of Value Chain Analyses and Life Cycle assessment of selected organic products.
