Kenneth Charles Ritchie

Kenneth is a zooarchaeologist in the Department of Conservation and Archaeological Science at Moesgaard Museum in Denmark.  

Kenneth is a specialist in the identification and analysis of animal bones and other remains found during archaeological excavations, with a special emphasis on fish. The Mesolithic period in Scandinavia has been the focus of much of his research.

Kenneth will work primarily with the team on Work Package 3 analysing the faunal material recovered from submerged sites. His work is used to understand the significance and role of the various resources that were exploited on the coastal Stone Age sites.
