AIM/OUTCOME
WP5 focuses on management to ensure research capacity building of the PEPP II project team. The outcome of WP5 is to develop a mutual transdisciplinary research capacity of all team members providing insights into how to manage transdisciplinary research and increase chances of winning new research projects as PIs.

HOW (METHODOLOGY)
We seek to accommodate the goals of WP5 through a transparent process ranging from the formulation of legal agreements and administration, planning writing retreats and fieldwork periods in Ghana, and discussions of publication strategy.

HOW TO CONECT TO OTHER WORKPACKAGES: WP5 connects to all the other work packages (WP 1 through 4) as WP5 is devoted to the organization and management of PEPP II, meaning maintaining the work packages and making sure they progress, develop and reach their goal.
