WP3b: Genotype screening of vegetables for climate resilience for disease and pest tolerance

Objectives:

Assess the tolerance of climate resilient okra and eggplant varieties to the most important diseases and pests.


Outputs:

Scientific papers reporting on the variation among germplasms of okra and eggplant in resistance to pests and diseases, and the efficacy of selected bio-pesticides; 1 PhD and 1 MSc theses.
