The report is based on the research project she conducted in cooperation with rethinkIMPACTS 2017 in May and June 2016. 

In the report Leila Jancovich examine how participation and democracy is processed by projects connected to the European Capital of Culture of Aarhus 2017. The analysis is based on interviews with managers and participants involved in 2017 projects covering the whole region

The report is a contribution to accommodate Aarhus 2017's focus about rethinking participation in the whole region.
