The Center is embedded in the excellent research infrastructure at Aarhus University - on campuses Roskilde.
In the center there are sophisticated facilities for measuring organic micro-pollutants:
HPLC-MS/MS for quantitation API 7500 and API5500
HPLC high resolution mass spectrometry for structural elucidation, metabolomics and non target studies: API 6600 and Orbitrap exactive
Mass spectral imaging (MSI) Bruker TIMSTOF flex (from 2025)
GC-MS, process HPLC, enantioselective HPLC and GC.
There is also various infrastructure to study new water treatment technologies such as eight moving bed biofilm reactors, five porous medium biofilm reactors, two ozonation, sludge reactors, two soil columns.
