У червні 2025 року проєкт PUBLISH Орхуського університету провів міжнародний воркшоп “Surrounded by Conflicts: Children’s War Literature in the Making”. Подія об’єднала 20 науковців з різних куточків світу, які досліджують дитячу літературу та її роль у сучасних суспільствах.

Надія представила результати пілотажного дослідження проєкту DaR:UA, зосередженого на можливостях використання дитячої літератури про теперішню війну в Україні у молодіжній та соціальній роботі. У своїй доповіді вона акцентувала на потенціалі спільного читання як інструменту підтримки, діалогу та осмислення складного досвіду. Обговорення підкреслило, що дитяча література може бути важливим ресурсом у роботі з молодими людьми в умовах конфлікту.

In June 2025, the PUBLISH project at Aarhus University organized the international workshop “Surrounded by Conflicts: Children’s War Literature in the Making.” The event brought together 20 scholars from around the world who work with children’s literature and explore its role in contemporary societies.

Nadiia presented the results of the pilot study within the DaR:UA project, focusing on the possibilities of using children’s literature about the current war in Ukraine in youth and social work. In her presentation, she highlighted the potential of shared reading as a tool for support, dialogue, and meaning-making in difficult circumstances. The discussion emphasized that children’s literature can serve as an important resource when working with young people in contexts of conflict.
