DaR:ua hypothesises that the use of shared reading in youth work will contribute to young Ukrainians’ educational and social skills to build dialogue with others. Through dialogue about war-themed young adult literature, war-affected youth develop ways in which to process the ongoing crisis and its aftermath. The project aims at testing, evaluating and theorizing the efficacy of shared peer-to-peer reading during wartime for social support and development of skills of young people (14-18 years).
