Aarhus University is part of the Nordic university research consortium ReNEW (Reimagining Norden in an Evolving World), funded by NordForsk for the period 2018-2023.
The consortium is led by the Centre for Nordic Studies at Helsinki University and involves six Nordic universities. At Aarhus University, ReNEW involves staff from different departments in the School of Culture and Society and the School of Communication and Culture.
ReNEW (Re-imagining Norden in an Evolving World) hosts annual conferences, and supports workshops, mobility, summer-schools and Ph.d training, as well as outreach activities. ReNEW supports activities for a six-year period, running from 2018 to 2023. This is a pre-announcement for the ReNEW annual ‘Nordic challenges’ conference in 2019 and for workshops and researcher mobility to take place in the autumn and winter of 2018. The full calls for all three activities will be out on 30th April.
