The delegation, led by Professor Marie Louise Nosch, president of the Academy, included Inga Kapustian, postdoc at the Hans Christian Andersen Center, University of Southern Denmark; Birgitte Beck Pristed, associate professor and co-chair of the Danish Young Academy; and Nadiia Pavlyk, researcher for the "PUBLISH: Children's Books in the Russia-Ukraine War" project.

The program featured a variety of activities, including meetings and workshops with academic and educational institutions, international organizations, and secondary education establishments. The delegation also conducted fieldwork interviews with Ukrainian publishers and visited major universities, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and the Council of Europe office in Kyiv.
