Meet Plant2Food at FoodTech 2026

Plant2Food will be participating in FoodTech 2026 in Herning, bringing together researchers, companies, and industry professionals to explore the future of food innovation.

Visitors can look forward to a range of inspiring presentations, including a session by Henriette Lyng Røder and Kasper Nørskov Kragh on how the Plant-Safe project and Symcel are working to address food safety challenges in plant-based foods. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, 27 October, from 13:00 to 13:30 at the Water & Energy Stage.
