Land2Value is an Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak (Interreg ÖKS) project that brings together partners from Sweden, Denmark and Norway to accelerate the transition towards a circular and resource-efficient bioeconomy.
The project explores how agricultural biomass can become a key resource for sustainable energy, feed, textiles, packaging materials and other biobased products. Through the development of local biomass hubs, Land2Value aims to create circular value chains where biomass is collected, processed and refined into products that meet future market needs.
By combining research, innovation and collaboration with frontrunners in agriculture and industry, the project develops models for more sustainable land use and stronger regional resilience. Land2Value also supports knowledge sharing, demonstration activities and policy dialogue to enable long-term implementation and scaling of circular solutions across the Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak region.
The project is co-funded by the European Union through Interreg Öresund-Kattegat-Skagerrak (Interreg ÖKS).
The project runs in collaboration between eleven partners from Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
