First national seminar at Aarhus University with international participation and public presentations

From Tuesday 2nd of November to Wednesday 3rd of November, the project held its first national seminar at Aarhus University. The purpose of the seminar was to present and discuss preliminary findings from the individual sub-projects of Making Data Work Visible. Aside from the project members, associate professor Iris Wallenburg and professor Roland Bal (Erasmus University Rotterdam) attended. They provided new perspectives, critical questions, and feedback on the projects.
Additionally, Wallenburg and Bal did two public presentations on their current research on numbering practices, respectively titled Caring for AI: How AI as a Numbering Practice may – or may not – Sustain Nursing Work and Numbering a Virus: How Counting Practices Constitute Covid Care.
Many thanks to Wallenburg and Bal for presentations, constructive discussions, and valuable feedback.
