Claus Bossen and Asbjørn M. Pedersen present insights from their respective projects at the conference of Anthropology of technology 2021 at Aarhus university.

Claus Bossen and Asbjørn M. Pedersen will present at this years Anthropology of Technology conference 2021 (AnTech 2021) at Aarhus University. Taking place on the 4th - 5th of November, AnTech 2021 is gathering scholars and researchers to focus on embodied skills, practices and material actions, and the larger socio-technical systems which constitutes technologies. The aim is to engage in anthropological discussions about technology and new anthropological research agendas. The conference will be visited, among others, by keynote speakers Lucy Suchman, Daniel Miller, and Michael Fisch.

Asbjørn M. Pedersen will be presenting his paper Making Meaningful Information: The Data Work of BI Developers in Healthcare focusing on the oft-invisible data work and the efforts going into repurposing data in a healthcare business intelligence unit. Claus Bossen presents insigths from his and Katie Pine's project on the data work of 'Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists' in a presentation called AI-Human collaboration in the wild. Both of them will be presenting on the 5th of November.
