The BERTHA Summer School 2024, held from June 10th to 12th at the beautiful Sandbjerg Gods, was a resounding success. Focusing on "Lifecourse Epidemiology and Big Data," the event brought together leading experts and enthusiastic participants for a transformative experience.

Distinguished keynote speakers included Natàlia Vilor Tejedor from BarcelonaBeta Brain Research Center, Rena Jones and Mary H. Ward from the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Klaus Rostgaard from the Danish Cancer Society, and Jamie Pearce from The University of Edinburgh. Their insights and expertise significantly enriched the program.
