To address this high failure rate, AI-powered innovation assistants are increasingly essential for integrating all facets of prototype recipe formulation, process design, and prototype assessment.<br> 			&nbsp;</p><p>AI has shown successful in capturing complex functionality of plant-based ingredients provided sufficient experimental data is available. This talk will highlight lessons learned through pre-breeding in wheat, and how these are now being applied to help accelerate progress in other crops such as legumes.
