We have developed methods and software tools for predicting disease risk based on genomic information. We have applied these methods for improved prediction of genetic risk for common human diseases. The methods have been implemented in a public available software package that handle large-scale biobank data and and the methods are relevant for both precision health and development of new drug targets based on genomic information.
