In this idea pitch, we will describe the generation of a CRISPR gRNA pool library targeting over 6000 human drugable genes. Using a pathological TAU aggregation cell model based fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), we propose to conduct genome-scale genetic perturbation screening to identify drugable genes associated with TAU aggregation. We look for partners with resources and expertise to independently validate the drugable genes using ex vivo and animal models and to design and develop antagonists/agonists.
