We are developing an intestinal organoid platform and invite ODIN companies to join us to develop and explore specific challenges.

We have two initial objectives:

(1) To optimize the technology by characterizing the mechanical properties and modulation, integration with biocompatible materials, high-throughput models, and imaging of our platform.

(2) To explore the application by studying compound transport across the intestinal epithelium, the effect of gut microbiome interactions, and potential biomarkers for disease. Ultimately we want our model system to capture in vivo gut properties in an accessible and reproducible manner to ensure relevant data output
