Legal advisor Rasmus Munthe Knutsson from AU's Technology Transfer Office will take you through different strategies for handling GDPR in ODIN projects.

You will get to know best practices from the first round of ODIN and get an insight in which legal issues to be aware of before applying for ODIN. Topics include e.g.how to handle personal data and biological material in an ODIN-context.

As all ODIN projects must be completed no later than 31 October 2023, it is important that all ODIN applicants are aware of the required agreements that need to be in place for the projects to start on time – and  finding a good strategy with Rasmus is therefore important when designing your study and application. All project applications must submit an email from Rasmus confirming that they have discussed potential legal issues in the project application.
