Sexual harassment in the workplace has come onto the agenda in an unprecedented way, particularly after the second wave of #MeToo. How does the regulation of this issue interfere with the Danish collective bargaining model and the Danish majoritarian democratic tradition? The presentation addresses the Danish regulatory approach to sexual harassment in three different arenas, the parliamentarian, the corporate and the legal, and focusses on the impact of #MeToo.
