Giri National Labour Institute (VVGNLI); Morten Sodemann from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU); and Rajib Dasgupta from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
During the three days the teams presented key results from the work packages, and the postdoctoral fellows shared reflections from the field. Participants engaged in group work to identify core findings and implications, which were later presented in plenary. Key examples of project data was presented to the Scientific Advisory Board members who each offered constructively critical insights and feedback to the teams.
The Symposium also included an inauguration led by the Director of the Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute. Faculty members attended the ceremony, during which Principal Investigator Jens Seeberg provided an overview of the aims of the project.
The SAB concluded the program with reflections and recommendations for the final phase of the project. The Symposium closed with a final discussion and a vote of thanks as the project has entered its final phase, and most postdoctoral researchers have completed their contracts. Project publications are the next step and are currently planned or in progress.
