Christian Nørkjær Therkelsen, MA in European studies from Aarhus University has published a report entitled How is a European dimension and identity constructed in the European Capitals of Culture? on the background of his Master’s thesis, which he wrote in collaboration with rethinkIMPACTS 2017.

MASTER'S THESIS STUDENTS PRESENT THEIR PRELIMINARY RESULTS

In the 2017 spring semester, ten Master’s thesis students were affiliated with rethinkIMPACTS 2017. The Master's thesis students presented their preliminary results at a seminar on 10 May.

NEW RESEARCH PROJECT: CULTURE AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO LOCAL COMMUNITIES

In a new research project carried out in collaboration with Aarhus 2017 with the support of rethinkIMPACTS 2017, a team of researchers from Aarhus University studied Danish and European cultural centres. The results of the research project will be presented at a conference on 17-19 May 2017 at Godsbanen in Aarhus.

VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE INSIGHT INTO HOW AARHUS 2017 IS EXPERIENCED

rethinkIMPACTS 2017 has already carried out audience studies at a number of Aarhus 2017 events. During data collection at these events, the volunteers have been a huge help, and have approached the task with great enthusiasm and commitment.
