rethinkIMPACTS 2017 invites interested scholars and other interested to a seminar about ongoing research activities related to Aarhus 2017.

The seminar will take place from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and the occasion is that our partners from Hull University will visit us on those days. Hull is UK City of Culture 2017, and similar to Aarhus they have initiated a range of research activities and cooperations between the city and the university.

The final program is announced as soon as possible, but the event will among other things contain a presentation of the 2017-evaluation and the research possibilities associated to this by Louise Ejgod, furthermore a presentation by Franco Bianchini, Professor of Cultural Policy and Planning and leader of partnership between Hull University and Hull 2017. In addition, presentations by researchers associated to rethinkIMPACTS 2017 will be given.

15:40- 16:00: ‘Metrolingual connections: a case study of Aarhus 2017’ by Ushma Chauhan Jacobsen, PhD at Department of Business Communication at Aarhus University
