  3. Faunal perspectives on the possible settlement of southern Denmark by Neandertals

    The causes and consequences of the Neandertals’ demise is one of the most hotly disputed issues in human origins research. Although it is clear that they no longer exist as a distinct group, genetic data suggest that Neandertals may have contributed up to 4% of their genomes to non-African modern human populations.

  5. The transformation of religious identity in the Hellenistic-Roman world, 100-600 AD. The significance of conversion and initiation to the formation of religious identity

    This project focuses on a limited and central part of a larger issue, namely the significance of con-version and initiation to the formation of religious identity. The reason for placing the examination of conversion and initiation within the discourse of identity formation is that there is a factual link between the themes, in that conversion and initiation are fundamental identity transforming proc-esses.

  7. PhD project: "Development, analysis and understanding of avant-garde inspired design and innovation processes’

    My PhD project (begun 1 February 2010) explores a unique field where aesthethics and art, design and innovation seem to converge. Put shortly, my work centres on improving the understanding of collaborative, creative processes as they play out in the realm of digital media.

    Projektet beskæftiger sig med peer feedback og har til formål at undersøge, om det er muligt at lave en version af Tekstfeedbackspillet, der kan anvendes direkte i undervisningen i gymnasiet og på den måde kan være med til at styrke studiekompetencen hos gymnasieelever og ruste dem til de arbejdsformer, de vil møde på universitetet. .
